What are the delivery times?
Our orders are dispatched with a tracking number and delivered within 7 to 10 working days after processing within 1 day.
Is there delivery tracking?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Can I try on the shaping shorts before deciding to keep them?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial. If you're not satisfied, you can return the item to us.
Can I get help with ordering?

Shipping Information & Warrenty
All orders are processed within 1 working day of payment confirmation. Shipping is tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking number once dispatched. Delivery: 7 to 10 working days.
We offer a 30-day guarantee: If your product is faulty or doesn’t suit you, return it for free for a replacement or refund.

Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
